The VarAC Fix For LOTW

Just a quick fix for getting LOTW to accept the logs from VarAC.

I am thoroughly impressed with the Icom 7300 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performance and user-friendly radio. Its advanced features and ease of use make it an ideal choice for amateur radio enthusiasts.
