D-RATS - Overview and installation of my favorite packet radio program

For today's video, I'm going to give an overview of my favorite packet radio software, D-RATS. I'll give a quick rundown of its instant messaging capabilities, email, and file sharing. After the overview, I'll cover how to install it on Windows with some important steps to take to avoid problems many encounter with Microsoft OneDrive that prevents D-RATS from starting.
